Job Description

The Johnson Newspaper Corporation has an immediate opening for a part-time Mailroom employee.
Hours are evening hours:
5PM-2AM. Must have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • Sort, label, and mail papers . Load ads and tabloids into inserting machines in order to assemble newspapers
  • Clean the Mailroom by sweeping, dusting, organizing, and recycling paper/cardboard . Assist in loading/unloading trucks . Stack papers on carts and pallets, preparing them for shipping
  • Ability to drive a box truck is desired, but not required The successful candidate :
  • Can work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Follows direction
  • Desires learning and performing a variety of tasks/jobs .
