Shipping & BOL Specialist (Forklift + Admin)
Location:
Vandalia, OH Shift:
1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate:
$17.00/hour

Desk & Driver! Looking for a warehouse role where you aren't stuck doing just one thing all day? PrideStaff is hiring a Shipping & BOL Specialist for a premier, long-standing commercial manufacturing client. In this role, you'll split your time between critical administrative shipping tasks and hands-on forklift operation. If you can type accurately, navigate a computer, and safely operate a lift, this is the perfect balance for you.
What You'll Do:
The Tech Side:
Take production data directly from the shop floor to accurately create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and generate shipping tracking labels.
The Floor Side:
Safely jump on the forklift to proof the pallets for shipping safely, verify the orders, and load them onto the correct outbound trucks.
The Team Side:
Keep the shipping dock organized, efficient, and running right on schedule.
What We're Looking For:
Forklift Experience:
Proven ability to operate a forklift safely in a fast-paced loading dock environment.
Strong Typing & Computer Skills:
You need to be fast and accurate behind the keyboard—data entry errors slow down the trucks!
Detail-Oriented:
Ability to read order sheets, match numbers, and ensure the right pallet gets onto the right truck every time.
Reliability:
A solid work ethic and the ability to commit to a prompt 7:00 AM start time.
