THE JOB:
As a Mail and Package Handler, you'll play a vital role in creating effortless and memorable guest experiences. Helping guests both behind-the-scenes and face-to-face, your attention to detail and dedication to service ensure every delivery, shipment, and interaction runs seamlessly. You'll take pride in owning the experience by helping to create moments and memories our guests will carry with them long after their stay.
THE STARTING RATE
$16.50 THE
DAY-TO-DAY
Perform shipping and receiving operations for all in-house guests and convention delegates Efficiently process and document all stored inventory of courier and drop-off parcels Process and deliver all inbound and outbound packages in the Business Services Center Provide guest assistance in the processing and reviewing of all shipping and receiving materials Ensure proper inventory, security and accuracy when releasing packages or facilitating delivery of packages Perform counter service functions such as sending and receiving faxes, photocopying, computer workstation rentals, laptop and workstation printing Assist guests with workstation personal computer functions, including Internet usage
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Customer Service background or experience High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older
