Job Description
What You'll Be Doing This is a hybrid role designed for a true "all-rounder" who can seamlessly transition between digital tasks and warehouse operations. Office & Technology Administration (Approx. 50%):
Customer Support:
Be the friendly voice of Centerline Spraybooth—answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting clients.
Service Scheduling:
Coordinate and book service appointments for our technicians.
Tech & Data Management:
Leverage your strong computer skills to work extensively with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) to track data, manage spreadsheets, and handle basic IT troubleshooting around the office ( Experience is not required) Warehouse & Logistics (Approx. 50%):
Order Fulfillment:
Receive incoming shipments, verify inventory, and carefully pack/prepare outgoing orders for shipping.
Forklift Operation:
Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize heavy inventory and equipment.
Inventory Control:
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
What We Are Looking For Tech-Savvy:
You must be highly proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (especially Excel ), and general technology. If you are the person your friends call for "IT help," you'll fit right in.
Forklift Experience:
Ability to safely operate a forklift (Experience is not required)
Strong Communicator:
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills for customer service.
Multitasker:
Ability to switch gears between a desk environment and a physical warehouse environment throughout the day.
Reliable:
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
