Duration:
Temp-to-Hire Summary The primary focus of this role is managing and troubleshooting the printer fleet. Secondary responsibilities include mail services, with cross-training in print production and hospitality support. The manager values excellent customer service, professionalism, and strong communication skills above all else. While technical tasks can be taught, candidates should be comfortable working independently and interacting with clients and employees in a professional setting. Responsibilities Provide first-level support and basic troubleshooting for office printers and related equipment. Assist with mail sorting, processing, and delivery. Cross-train in print production and hospitality services. Deliver excellent customer service in a professional law firm environment. Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience with IT help desk support, including hardware and application support. HP certifications are preferred; additional site-specific certifications may be required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic PC proficiency and mathematical skills. Ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Experience with mail services, printing, or document handling is a plus.
