In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages, parcels, and mail along designated routes. Your enthusiasm for customer service, combined with your driving skills and physical stamina, will help ensure timely deliveries and positive experiences for our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to stay active, work independently, and make a meaningful difference in people's daily lives. Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and courier vans, following all traffic laws and safety protocols Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Deliver parcels to customers' homes and businesses along assigned routes with accuracy and professionalism Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive delivery experience Collect signatures or proof of delivery as required, maintaining accurate delivery records Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with warehouse tasks such as sorting packages, inventory management, and preparing shipments for delivery Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving or courier experience preferred Proven ability to operate box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission safely Experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly desirable Physical ability to lift heavy packages regularly, perform moving tasks, and handle heavy lifting equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work independently while managing multiple stops efficiently Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety procedures is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy driving, working outdoors, and providing outstanding service.
