Job Description
We're looking for a reliable helper to support our Nashville short-term rental operations. This is a part-time role — flexible scheduling. What you'll do:
- Assist with property audits and stock/inventory counts
- Reorganize supply rooms and storage areas
- Run errands, pick up and drop off supplies between properties
- Back up our inspectors and cleaners during busy periods
- Light cleaning as needed
- Document work with photos and notes using our apps You should be: Comfortable with smartphones and apps for logging tasks and uploading photos Detail-oriented and dependable Able to work independently across multiple properties in Nashville Handy with basic tools On your feet and moving throughout the day Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs
