Rural Mail Carrier

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Mail Carrier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely and professional manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys being outdoors. You will be a 1099 contractor employee. We require contractor to stay within 10-20mins from 1515 Sam Houston St, Liberty, TX 77575 (please do not apply if you do not reside within 20 mins of post

• office) Contrator will also need to assist in finding and training of a backup person in case of vacay or any emergency.

Contractor will get paid daily rate. Will get $100 daily rate if have own van to deliver mail and packages in. $80-90 daily rate if we provide the vehicle and depends on route size assigned.

Duties:

• Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sort and organize mail and packages for delivery.
• Use a variety of vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport mail and packages.
• Load and unload packages from vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their delivery experience.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and secure delivery environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Operate a courier service to deliver packages and documents to customers.
• Load and unload packages from a warehouse environment.
• Deliver packages to customers using a van.
