📬 Mailroom Support Specialist 💡 Join a Team That Keeps Things Moving! We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Mailroom Support Specialist to join our growing team! If you enjoy staying active, working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, and being part of a collaborative environment—this is the role for you. 📦 What You'll Do Sort and distribute high volumes of returned mail (up to 10 trays daily) to the correct departments Assemble and fulfill marketing and communication materials for sales agents, brokers, and members Prepare outgoing mail by inserting, organizing, and packaging brochures, guides, and pamphlets Support day-to-day mailroom operations, including organizing and staging materials Move and manage inventory, including lifting and transporting boxes (up to 50 lbs) Work alongside a collaborative team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials ✅ What You Bring Experience in a mailroom, print environment, receiving, or similar logistics role preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to jump in where needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities 🚀 Ready to Get Started? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.20 - $18.20/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
