Position Summary As a member of our warehouse team, you will help ensure the smooth movement of freight by loading and unloading trailers safely, accurately, and efficiently. Success in this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Loading Load freight from conveyor systems into trailers by hand Use handheld scanners to track and verify shipments Move freight cages between workstations and staging areas Maintain organized and secure trailer loads Unloading Unload freight from incoming trailers onto conveyor systems Scan and sort packages into designated cages and locations Meet productivity goals while maintaining safety and accuracy Compensation Performance-based pay structure Paid per trailer and per case handled Average earnings range from $16

• 25 per hour Top performers can earn $25
• 35 per hour Increased productivity leads to greater earning potential Schedule Weekend Shift Friday
• Sunday 7:00 AM
