Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles such as box trucks and courier vans with manual transmissions to complete daily routes. Deliver parcels directly to customers' doorsteps, ensuring accurate and prompt service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Navigate route driving using GPS tools and route sheets, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times. Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean work environment. Perform heavy lifting and moving of packages of varying sizes, demonstrating physical stamina and proper lifting techniques. Communicate effectively with customers to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout the process. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or courier services is preferred. Proven delivery driver experience or familiarity with route driving in a courier or logistics setting. Ability to operate box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmission; forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus. Comfortable performing heavy lifting, moving items, and handling physically demanding tasks daily. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
