The primary duties will include inventorying, ordering, delivering, and installing paper to printers at the client site. Please review the details and submit your resume for immediate consideration.
Paper Distributor Responsibilities Include:
Providing outstanding customer service via phone, e-mail, and in-person at the client's location. Maintain paper inventory levels by building/room for a large client campus environment. Delivering paper for a variety of printing devices on a scheduled basis Inputting data into pre-defined forms, excel, and web applications. Use pre-determined processes for ordering paper to be delivered to the client storage location Escalate issues immediately Using and navigating printer menus Perform other duties as required.
Paper Distributor Requirements:
High School diploma minimum; some technical education preferred Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain a professional appearance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a repetitive basis. Comfortable driving a 16-foot box truck (provided) Comfortable using hand truck and pallet jack to move the paper Must have an active driver's license Must be able to pass a client background check and drug screen.
