Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Integra Insurance, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will be the face of our agency, responsible for managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer-focused, with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. All training and education for becoming an agent will be paid for by us as well as any testing and licensing fees.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members. Take payments for clients. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Schedule appointments and manage the agency's calendar. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations. Uphold our agency's commitment to excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, computers, and printers. Familiarity with insurance terminology is a bonus but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass a background check.
