Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors, patients, and clients. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in computerized systems, (Dentrix experience is a plus) we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Duties:
- Welcome patients, visitors, and clients to our office, answering their questions and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Utilize computerized systems to perform tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, using phone systems to direct calls and manage phone queues.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clerical experience, with the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
