Job Description

Seeking a Veterinary Receptionist with excellent customer service skills. MUST be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have good organizational, and problem-solving skills. Job duties include but are not limited to: Greeting clients in a friendly, and timely manner, Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, and boarding reservations, Scanning, Restocking, and Filing paperwork. Also, must be willing to handle cats/dogs as this position includes transporting animals from Reception area to the Intake Rooms/Hospital. Currently seeking for a
PART- TIME
shift 7:30-5pm 2-3 days a week, that may eventually lead to a full time position. Open to additional shifts per request. Avimark software knowledge is a plus, but not required. Reception Experience in any medical field preferred. We offer on site training, and weekly online training as well. An outgoing personality with a loving compassion for animals is a must!
