Front Desk Receptionist 200 Grove Park Lane, Dothan, AL 36305 From $12 an hour - Full-time From $12 an hour - Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining a clean reception area Perform data entry and filing tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to ensure organized record-keeping Assist with calendar management and coordinate meetings or appointments for staff members Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and maintaining office equipment Provide clerical support including photocopying, scanning, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Skills Proficiency in computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, especially in medical or dental reception settings or as a personal assistant Familiarity with office management practices including filing systems, calendar management, and customer support strategies Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
