Job Description
Order Taker Duties:
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders
Enter orders accurately into the POS system (Point of Sale)
Utilize Aloha POS system to process transactions and payments
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with guest inquiries, provide information, and address concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Follow all company policies and procedures related to order taking and customer service
Skills:
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience using a POS system, preferably Aloha POS
Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
Ability to provide exceptional guest services
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive guest relations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing
