Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Evergreen, Colorado, on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients promptly and professionally.
  • Handle inbound calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient call routing and message-taking.
  • Provide concierge services, including addressing inquiries and fulfilling client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk operations.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments to support office activities.
  • Manage the switchboard and oversee phone operations for up to 10 lines.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and external contacts to support daily operations.
