Reception position available at a high-end health and wellness studio. This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitask abilities (workplace kung-fu) during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive patient experience while supporting the efficient operation of our office. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to care. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette. Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and coordinate calendar management with precision. Maintain accurate patient records through data entry, filing, and updating electronic health records using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle administrative tasks including billing and processing payments securely. Support office management by organizing files, proofreading documents, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing patient questions promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Scheduling new patients and maintaining patient engagement. Managing statistics of the practice and your position. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or dental setting is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and office software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service expertise combined with professional phone etiquette and communication skills. Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential. Knowledge of front desk procedures specific to medical or dental receptionists is advantageous; experience with bookkeeping or personal assistant tasks is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all responsibilities.
