This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess strong communication skills to create a positive first impression for visitors and callers alike. Responsibilities Collect rent payments from tenants. Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take detailed messages with excellent phone etiquette Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and organizing office documents Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing customer support inquiries, and supporting administrative projects Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, organized, and professional at all times Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Experience in bookkeeping or personal assistant roles is beneficial Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist and become an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting seamless office operations.
