Job Description
Smith Infiniti of Huntsville is looking for a receptionist to join our team! We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, intelligent, and a great team player. Professional dress and appearance is also required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handling all incoming calls to the store and directing them to the appropriate department, and taking messages as needed. Greeting all visitors with a warm friendly smile and helpful attitude. Answer in questions that customers may have Filing and Scanning paperwork Running errands on behalf of dealership (some driving required) Keeping restrooms, showroom, and custmer lounge neat and tidy Stocking snacks and supplies in customer lounge Various tasks for Managers and assisting sales people. Offering visitors refreshments. Pass prehire drug screen The hours are Monday- Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch.
