PART TIME AFTERNOON AND WEEKEND SHIFT

Job Summary The Receptionist is the first contact to greet guests by phone and in person. The Receptionist will primarily answer calls and greet guests in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Responsibilities:

Answer multi-line telephone system; determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate department. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide an excellent customer service experience. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing and positive demeanor. Team player and ability to collaborate with others effectively. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
