We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our veterinary team and provide exceptional service to our clients and patients. Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Veterinary CSR, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for exceptional pet care experiences. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, ensuring smooth clinic operations while providing outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment that supports both pet health and client satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a compassionate team dedicated to animal well-being. Position starting pay is $13; however, the hourly pay is based on experience. Duties Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Schedule appointments efficiently, managing the clinic's calendar to optimize patient flow. Collect payments and process medical collections accurately, maintaining detailed financial records. Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing information about services, appointments, and pet care tips. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating patient records and managing correspondence. Facilitate pet check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all animals are safely restrained and comfortable during visits. Kennel duty on needed weekends Requirements Previous experience working in a veterinary or animal care setting is highly preferred. Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal restraint techniques, and pet care procedures. Experience with dog handling, pet grooming, training, and animal care is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and appointment scheduling. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Hours:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 7:20am-5:30pm; one to two Saturdays a month from 7:20-12pm; and occasional kennel duty. If this sounds like you, please submit a resume with your experience.
