About us:

Belleville Boot Company, headquartered in the Metro East St. Louis area, is a privately held footwear manufacturer specializing in the development of innovative, high-performance military footwear for the United States Department of Defense and other governmental and commercial entities. Operating a total of four footwear factories, including two in Arkansas and one in Missouri, the Illinois factory also houses the distribution center as well as Marketing, Sales, and all other administrative functions.

RECEPTIONIST

Position Summary:

Belleville Boot Company has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our Forrest City, Arkansas office team. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and answering the telephone, performing clerical and administrative duties, maintaining employee time and attendance records, and other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Effective people skills in a manufacturing environment. Must possess good communication skills MS Office Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize job responsibilities Ability to plan, develop, and follow-through on various tasks Ability to maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality, professionalism and assistance when handling business and personnel information We offer an excellent benefit package.
