Job Description
Penmac Staffing is currently accepting applications for a Receptionist to fill an opening n Fort Smith, AR. The ideal candidates should have Stable work history that demonstrates reliability or in lieu of work history will consider vocational/ technical high school and college courses and military service Requirements of the Receptionist Position
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Must have a Valid Driver License
- 1 year experience in a clerical role
- Good Attendance and punctuality is a must
- Ability to use computers, multiline telephones, email
- Multi - Lingual applicants are encouraged to apply
- Provide excellent customer service consistently
- Willing to submit to a Background check and drug test

- Responsibilities of the Receptionist Position
- This position will be the 1st shift, with OT as required. Full-Time position
- Take rent payments, maintain daily logs, and rental listings.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have experience in Excel, and Microsoft office, attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Must have a neat appearance and be able to work in a professional environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player!
