Front Receptionist Harrison, AR 72601 $13.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time $13.50 - $20.00 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and check in patients. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting the overall efficiency of our office environment. Duties Greet patients warmly , check them in, and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls with proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Appointment scheduling Receive and apply health maintenance instructions to address patient health risks Complete prior authorizations for patient health needs Support office management tasks such as calendar management and personal assistant duties Collecting and posting payments Filing documents from faxes Perform general clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects as needed Helping in lab Daily patient room cleaning Skills Previous medical vocabulary experience helpful While performing daily tasks looking for opportunities to make ill patients have a better day Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Google Workspace and data entry tools Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a medical environment Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and document management Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
