Alteration Shop Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our alteration shop team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, multitasking, and maintaining an organized front office environment. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for customers and will help ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule fittings, pickups, and appointments Check garments in and out accurately Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system Maintain organized customer records and garment tags Communicate clearly with tailors and staff regarding customer requests Keep the front desk and customer area clean and professional Assist with general administrative and shop duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail Friendly and professional communication skills Excellent customer service attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and cash handling skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Previous retail, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Spanish speaking is highly desired To apply, please send your resume and a short introduction about yourself.
