Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, accepting payments, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office function.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and accurately Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation Accept payments Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times Assist with office supply inventory and orderingQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional appearance and demeanorSkills & Competencies:
