Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and computer literacy will ensure smooth office management and administrative support. Responsibilities Greet visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks. Support office management by coordinating calendar appointments and scheduling meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence with attention to detail. Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and organizing documents. Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office applications to support daily operations. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries with courteous phone etiquette and timely responses. Support bookkeeping activities and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized reception area to promote a professional environment. Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar). Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse populations efficiently. Experience in clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management enhances your fit for this role.
