Job Description

We are looking for Full Time Bilingual Office Assistants to work in our dynamic multidisciplinary therapist-owned clinic in the heart of Downtown Springdale! We are currently seeking Full-Time Bilingual Assistants, proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish. The hours for these positions are 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Thursday, and Friday 8:45am to 5:45pm or 7:30am to 4:30 Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate would be a dependable, warm, patient, children & family loving person who can confidently communicate a light to medium degree of clinical information in a pediatric clinical environment and utilize tools like computers, printers, scanners, internet, telephones, cell phones with Apps, and fax machines. Prior experience in an administrative role or medical office is preferred, but not required.
Duties include:
Waiting Room patient and family reception Phone call reception and text response Filing paperwork in patient charts Assistance with transitioning children from therapy to parents Monitoring children who are waiting for parent pickup Translation of English-Spanish documents, reports, etc. Bilingual assistance in patient evaluations where the family speaks solely Spanish General office help to include: Sending/receiving faxes, filing and general documentation including working with documents in Microsoft Word & Excel Internet cloud-based services including email and Google Drive and utilizing web-based applications as well as iPhone/Android apps Your education is not as important as your dependability, warmth, skill in Spanish-English translation & documentation, and professionalism!
