Bilingual Phone Receptionist Pediatric Optometrist/Ophthalmologist Office We are seeking a warm, friendly, and professional (Full time M-F) Bilingual Phone Receptionist to join our pediatric eye-care team! As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and trustworthy experience for parents and guardians.

What You'll Do:

Answer and manage inbound phone calls with professionalism and compassion Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently Create and update patient profiles in our system Direct calls to the appropriate departments or specialists Provide reassurance and clear communication to parents and guardians, helping them feel confident in entrusting their children's eye care to us Maintain a positive, patient-focused attitude at all times

Who We're Looking For:

Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred; other languages are a plus) Excellent communication and phone etiquette Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office Friendly, patient, and compassionate—especially when working with children and families Experience in a medical or pediatric office is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
