Chandler Position Overview We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This is a high-visibility role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors with a professional demeanor and provide them with visitor badges Assist walk-in applicants with application processes and answer preliminary questions Route incoming sales calls to the appropriate account managers in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Answer phones and direct inquiries to the correct departments or personnel Manage visitor logs and maintain security protocols Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support office operations Required Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with basic computer systems and phone systems Customer service experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
