How you'll contribute A Receptionist who excels in this role: Manages incoming calls, supports administrative staff, and maintains a professional front-facing presence for the hospital. Plays a key role in supporting the smooth flow of communication and daily operations within the facility. Answers and transfers incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Assists coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows-based systems. Provides administrative support to the leadership team for various projects and tasks. Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with board members, medical staff, visitors, and the community. Stays organized and carries out responsibilities independently, exercising sound judgment and analytical thinking. Demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills. Works independently and uses downtime productively. Performs other duties as assigned. What we're looking for

Education :

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience :

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered.

Skills :

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. Customer service experience or aptitude required to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the public.
