This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting membership sales, handling day-to-day front desk operations, and assisting members with questions regarding their memberships, club amenities, and services. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, professional, and solution-oriented, with the ability to create a welcoming experience for hundreds of members each day. A passion for fitness and a basic understanding of health, wellness, and gym environments are strongly preferred. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role plays an important part in growing the club through member engagement and community outreach. Responsibilities include promoting the gym through member interactions, distributing guest passes, handling incoming telephone inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with prospects, participating in local marketing initiatives, and conducting flyering and community outreach efforts to generate new memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner Support membership sales and club promotions Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, and members Promote club programs, amenities, and membership opportunities Distribute guest passes and generate referrals through member engagement Participate in outside marketing, community outreach, and flyering activities Resolve member concerns and provide exceptional customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Complete administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service and sales experience preferred Passion for fitness and wellness preferred Basic fitness or gym knowledge preferred Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
