Veterinary Receptionist - Overnight Glendale, AZ We are seeking an experienced Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our team to support Overnight shifts. We require previous veterinary medicine experience. We prefer a candidate who is interested in elevating their career in Vet Med. What You'll Do Provide high-level reception support in a busy emergency and specialty hospital Greet clients, check in patients, and manage front desk flow during overnight hours Answer phones and support client communication with professionalism and empathy Assist with estimates, invoices, and financial discussions Communicate clearly with medical teams to support patient care and workflow Maintain accurate documentation and front desk processes during high-stress periods Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience for clients during urgent situations What We're Looking For Previous/current veterinary receptionist experience required Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-emotion emergency environment Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate presence Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently overnight Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and computer skills Positive, energetic, and willing to jump in where needed Why This Role Matters Overnight CSRs play a vital role in supporting clients and medical teams during some of the most critical and emotional moments in a pet's life.
