We've built the most comprehensive machinery support team in the western United States, and our associates are essential in upholding our reputation in the marketplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily office tasks, including answering and directing phone calls and greeting walk-in customers. Process and code invoices and payments. Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) processes. Assist with maintaining a balanced Accounts Receivable (A/R). Submit credit card statements, petty cash, and checks to the main office. Maintain and improve the filing system. Assist with payroll. Provide daily assistance at the parts counter. Process documents related to sales, rentals, and demos. Work directly with walk-in customers. Transportation Setup. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Positive, energetic, and friendly attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Professional and polished appearance. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, multitasking ability, and good judgment. Knowledge of NDS. Bilingual is a plus. Additional Requirements Previous reception experience with handling multiple phone lines. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Ability to sit for extended periods. Reach to answer phones and handle paperwork. Read paperwork, files, and records on the computer. Communicate via phone and in person. Perform tasks such as bending to file paperwork. Walk and move around frequently, sometimes over uneven terrain. Hear clearly enough to communicate over the phone and radio. Bend forward at the waist or knees to perform certain job functions.
