Apollo Animal Hospital has been providing excellent service and care since 1974.
Job expectations include:
- Ability to accurately schedule well visits, sick visits, euthanasia appointments and surgeries.
- Check in / Check out all appointments and surgeries. Process cash, credit card and Care Credit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, exam rooms and reception area.
- Animal health knowledge including vaccines, medications, health conditions and prescription diets.
- Check and return emails, voicemails and patient pet portal requests.
- Provide exceptional client support even during delicate and stressful situations.
- Experience with AVIMark software a plus but not required.
- Must be available Monday through Saturday.
