Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our growing spine practice. This position is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and wants to grow with our team long-term.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients for appointments Collect insurance cards, photo identification, co-payments, and required documentation Assist patients with new patient paperwork and registration forms Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information Work within our electronic medical records (EMR) system Monitor incoming faxes, emails, and patient communications and route appropriately Prepare patient charts for upcoming office visits Perform appointment reminder calls and follow-up communications Process medical records requests Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Assist with general administrative and front office duties as needed Travel approximately twice monthly to support our satellite office locations
Qualifications:
Previous medical office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Exceptional phone etiquette Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent attention to detail Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally between office locations Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Position Details:
