American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for a Receptionist for the 2026-2027 school year for our campuses located in the East Valley . Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. " demeanor. Keep the front office orderly, calm, clean, and organized. Answer enrollment questions and facilitate enrollment process. Maintain confidentiality for students, parents, and staff. Ensure proper student/visitor sign in and sign out. Daily attendance. General administrative and clerical support. Receive and sort mail and deliveries. Assorted filing and data entry. Have a working knowledge of school policies, procedures, and events. Adhere to timelines/deadlines. Money handling responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
