The ideal candidate would be able to work 8am-2pm. The Receptionist is responsible for facilitating resident and guest enjoyment by providing information and assistance in response to a wide variety of requests. We are searching for an outstanding individuals with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to multi-task and love to work in a "fast-paced" and "positive" work environment. This vibrant receptionist will be focused on customer service and one who truly enjoys interacting with seniors. Please be responsible/dependable, goal-driven and an autonomous self-starter with an entrepreneurial passion and drive to reach the pinnacle of success

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc. Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency Document in the logbook any significant incidents Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
Qualifications Qualifications:
