You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, the voice that delivers a smile through the phone, and the behind-the-scenes support who helps everything stay organized, connected, and on track. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and love helping a team crush their day, you might be exactly who we're looking for. This isn't a "sit at the front desk and answer phones all day" kind of role. You'll help with special projects, support department heads, coordinate events, and jump in wherever needed. What You'll Be Doing Front Desk + First Impressions Pro Greet guests and make them feel welcome the moment they walk in Be the voice that delivers a smile on every phone call Route calls and messages quickly and efficiently Help create a positive, organized office environment people enjoy being in Master of Admin Magic Support department heads with projects and day-to-day tasks Order and manage office supplies before anyone realizes they're running low Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Help keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes Event + Culture Champion Assist with company events, team lunches, and internal activities Support a positive, engaging workplace culture Be the person who notices what needs to be done and take initiative What You Need to Crush It Here You're naturally friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to You're organized and love checking things off a to-do list You can juggle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed You're comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out on the fly You communicate clearly and aren't afraid to ask questions You know your way around Microsoft Office 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience is a plus You're willing to help wherever needed, whether that's planning an event or taking out the trash What Makes You a Great Fit at AZCOMP We're not just looking for someone who can do the job, we want someone who aligns with who we are.
