In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. Your passion for animal care and strong communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Duties
  • Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Process payments and handle medical collections as needed.
  • Provide support in animal handling, restraint, and care as required during appointments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. Skills
  • Strong knowledge of pet care practices and animal husbandry.
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
  • Understanding of animal anatomy knowledge to assist in basic assessments.
  • Ability to manage medical collections efficiently while maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
