As a long-standing hospital with a loyal and diverse clientele, we are currently seeking an Experienced Veterinary Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our dedicated team. Position Overview The Client Care Representative (CCR) is the first point of contact for our veterinary hospital, both in person and over the phone. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for every client and patient. The CCR is responsible for greeting clients, managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and supporting the overall flow of the front desk. A successful CCR remains calm under pressure, confidently handles challenging client interactions, and helps build long-term client trust and relationships. What You'll Do Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer multi-line phones and manage scheduling efficiently Check patients in/out and maintain accurate medical records Communicate estimates, invoices, and treatment plans clearly Process payments and handle basic financial transactions Support client education on basic pet care and services Keep front desk operations organized and running smoothly Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow

What We're Looking For Required:
