Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your proactive approach will help streamline office operations, manage communication channels, and support administrative functions with efficiency and warmth. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing exceptional customer support. Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and filing. Maintain organized front desk areas, including filing systems, appointment calendars, and office supplies inventory. Support office management tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Perform clerical duties such as typing reports, managing phone etiquette standards, and supporting bookkeeping or billing processes when needed. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry tasks. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing files. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
