Schedule:
Monday-Friday | No Weekends We're looking for a high-energy, service-oriented Office Assistant to support the front office of our busy collision center. This role requires multitasking, staying organized, and communicating clearly while keeping your composure when things get busy. Key Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls Schedule appointments, estimates, rental car pick-ups, and repair drop-offs Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle repair status Create and maintain repair orders and estimate documentation Prepare paperwork packets and ensure all documentation is accurate Process payments, insurance checks, and handle credit card transactions Send, receive, and manage faxes, emails, and repair documentation Organize and reconcile invoices and statements in our system Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security Keep front desk, bathrooms, kitchenette, and reception area clean and stocked Order and track office supplies and glass-related services Send thank-you cards and maintain a positive customer experience Water office plants and occasionally assist with light errands Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of office, administrative, or customer-facing experience Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and computer systems Typing speed of at least 40 WPM Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to stay composed under pressure Experience with CCC One or collision center systems is a plus Spanish-speaking is a bonus Physical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, walk, type, and answer phones throughout an 8-hour shift Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
