Responsibilities:
Welcome guests, employees, and vendors in a courteous manner and provide direction or assistance as needed.
Manage a multi-line phone system, route incoming calls to the appropriate contacts, and take clear, accurate messages.
Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments to support efficient day-to-day office scheduling.
Prepare, update, and maintain records through timely data entry and organized file management.
Respond to email inquiries professionally and ensure messages are directed to the correct team members.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, track information, and manage correspondence.
Keep the front desk and reception area orderly, presentable, and ready to support daily business activities.
