Full Job Description UCPSA Receptionist Wage:
$16/hour

Part-time-Scheduled as needed by the agency You belong here! United Cerebral Palsy of Southern Arizona is a growing non-profit agency that has served the Yuma area for 15 years. We are looking for a new member to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This job is ideal if you are dependable and thrive in a busy office setting. JOB DUTIES
: 1. Answer phones using proper phone etiquette. 2. Acknowledge and welcome visitors; assist with questions or requests. 3. Perform a variety of general office support duties:

Scanning and copying 4. Keep Inventory of Office Supplies 5. Assist with scheduling meetings (locating space, creating agendas, etc.). 9. Scan and electronically file employee documents 10. Maintain confidentiality with verbal, written, and electronic information. Limit access to information on a job- related need-to-know basis. 11. Adhere to the agency's Policies and Procedures. 12. Teach how to use Axiscare and Paycor Mobile Apps to DCWs 13. Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate with respect. 14. Conduct other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Office Manager .
QUALIFICATIONS
: 1. 1-3 years of experience in related field within an office setting. 2. Able to work effectively with team members as well as independently. 3. Flexibility based on the agency needs. 4. Able to learn and operate agency program software, as well as other computer programs necessary to complete job duties. 5. Hold or obtain a current Arizona level one fingerprint clearance card. 6. Acceptable DES background check. 7. 18 years of age or older. 8. Reliable transportation. 9. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. 10. Human Resource background preferred. 11. Prevent personal issues from affecting job performance. 12. The ability to work effectively and remain calm under pressure. 13. Strong attention to detail; the ability to manage numerous details related to calendaring/scheduling, follow-up requests, and employee/client communications simultaneously and accurately. 14. The ability to balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize workload. 15. Good written and verbal communication skills. 16. Dependable and reliable.
