Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Anaheim, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting customers, and keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly. The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will support a busy administrative environment by answering calls, responding to customer inquiries, managing office communications, and assisting with clerical tasks.   • Answer incoming calls on main and dispatch lines in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with service-related questions and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Respond to emails from receptionist, service desk, and general inboxes promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and return voicemails while maintaining strong customer service standards.
  • Distribute incoming mail, manage outgoing correspondence, and support daily office communication flow.
  • Scan, file, process invoices, review Non-Scan lists, and maintain accurate administrative records.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$22 per hour.
Annualized salary:
$45,760 per year.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
