Front Desk Receptionist

Veterinary Receptionist We are a growing general practice veterinary clinic with extended hours, open 7 days a week, located in Bellflower (near the 91 Highway & Lakewood Ave). We are looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients in a welcoming and professional manner Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple lines Handle check-in/check-out, payments, and basic administrative tasks Communicate clearly with clients and medical staff Maintain a clean and organized Clinic & front desk area

Qualifications:

Previous veterinary or medical reception experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
