Job Description

A law firm in Berkeley is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide short-term administrative coverage. This fully onsite role will support daily front desk operations in a busy legal environment and is ideal for someone who has prior experience working within a law firm and understands the pace and professionalism required.

ResponsibilitiesManage front desk operations, including answering and routing incoming calls in a professional mannerHandle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and distributing to both onsite and remote staffCoordinate correspondence via email and ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentsScan, organize, and maintain files and records in accordance with firm practicesSupport a hybrid office by coordinating needs between onsite attorneys/staff and remote team membersMaintain a polished, professional front office presenceAssist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed during the coverage period
